The 2025 Journey 5K & Family Fun Run and Walk | North Carolina

Grab your family and friends and register to attend The Journey 5K & Fun Run and Walk being held at Frank Liske Park in Concord, NC on Saturday, October 4, 2025. This is a Breast Cancer  Awareness event for the entire family filled with fun, vendors and more!

The Journey to Financial Freedom

The Journey to Financial Freedom is a six-week financial literacy and empowerment series designed to equip women with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to achieve financial stability and long-term prosperity. Through interactive workshops, hands-on exercises, and actionable goal setting, participants will gain expertise in budgeting, debt management, credit building, savings, investing, and first-time homeownership. By addressing financial knowledge gaps and fostering economic self-sufficiency, this program promotes financial inclusion, resilience, and empowerment. Click below to register:

 Daily Move Challenge

 The 21-Day Move Challenge invites you to commit to 30 minutes of movement each day—your way, at your pace. Whether it’s walking, stretching, dancing, or strength training, the goal is simple: move consistently and honor your body.

We encourage you to share your daily movement in our private Facebook group—post a photo, a check-in, or a quick win. Your consistency could be the encouragement another sister needs! Come as you are, move together, and let these 21 days spark lasting change.
